๐Ÿ“ High-Protein Berry Cheesecake Fluff Cups

Description

These High-Protein Berry Cheesecake Fluff Cups are creamy, fluffy, and packed with protein. Made with Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, vanilla protein powder, and juicy mixed berries, theyโ€™re an easy option for breakfast, a healthy snack, or a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz (115g) light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries โ€” strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers, optional
  • Extra berries for garnish, optional

Instructions

1. Make the Cheesecake Fluff

Add the softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until completely smooth. Add the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and light and fluffy.

2. Prepare the Berries

Wash and thoroughly dry the berries. Slice the larger strawberries into bite-sized pieces while keeping the blueberries and raspberries whole.

3. Layer the Cups

Spoon a layer of cheesecake fluff into four serving cups. Add a layer of mixed berries, then repeat the layers until the cups are nicely filled.

4. Add the Toppings

Top each cup with a few extra berries and, if desired, sprinkle over crushed graham crackers for a delicious cheesecake-style crunch.

5. Chill & Serve

Refrigerate the cups for 20โ€“30 minutes before serving. This allows the fluff to firm up slightly and gives it an even better cheesecake-like texture.

โœจ Tips for the Best Fluff

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for a creamier consistency.
  • Add a little lemon zest for a fresh cheesecake flavor.
  • For a thicker, mousse-like texture, freeze for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Vanilla whey or vanilla plant-based protein powder both work well.
  • If using frozen berries, thaw and drain them thoroughly before layering.
