Mocha Protein Fluff
- 1½ cups nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1–2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, as needed
Cookies & Cream Layer
- 4–6 reduced-sugar chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 2 tbsp mini sugar-free chocolate chips, optional
Topping
- ½ cup light whipped topping
- Dusting of cocoa powder
- Optional chocolate cookie crumbs
👩🍳 Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, espresso powder, cocoa, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and fluffy. Add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time if needed.
- Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes to let it thicken.
- Layer each glass with a spoonful of mocha fluff followed by crushed chocolate cookies.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Top with a small amount of light whipped topping, cookie crumbs, and a dusting of cocoa.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for the best texture.
