Mocha Protein Fluff

  • 1½ cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1–2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, as needed

Cookies & Cream Layer

  • 4–6 reduced-sugar chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 2 tbsp mini sugar-free chocolate chips, optional

Topping

  • ½ cup light whipped topping
  • Dusting of cocoa powder
  • Optional chocolate cookie crumbs

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, espresso powder, cocoa, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and fluffy. Add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time if needed.
  3. Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes to let it thicken.
  4. Layer each glass with a spoonful of mocha fluff followed by crushed chocolate cookies.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
  6. Top with a small amount of light whipped topping, cookie crumbs, and a dusting of cocoa.
