No-Churn Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Bites

No-Churn Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Bites

These rich, pre-portioned ice cream scoops are made with a quick 3-ingredient no-churn vanilla base folded with mini chocolate chips for the ultimate frozen snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

Preparation

  1. Whip Cream: In a large chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.

  2. Combine Base: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture in 2–3 batches using a spatula until smooth and combined.

  3. Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

  4. Chill & Scoop: Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined dish or container and freeze for 3–4 hours until firm enough to hold a shape. Use a small cookie scoop to portion out tight scoops.

  5. Freeze: Place the scoops on a lined tray, press a few extra mini chocolate chips on top, and freeze for at least 2 more hours until solid. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
