2-Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Clusters

These effortless 2-ingredient chocolate peanut clusters combine rich, melted chocolate with crunchy roasted peanuts for a perfect no-bake treat that sets in minutes.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Chill time: 20 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes

Servings: 24 clusters

Ingredients

  • Nuts: 2 cups unsalted or lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts

  • Chocolate: 12 oz (340g) high-quality chocolate bars or chocolate chips (milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or almond bark)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate

Place the chopped chocolate into a heat-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each round, until completely smooth and melted. Alternatively, melt over a double boiler.

  2. Combine

Pour the roasted peanuts directly into the melted chocolate. Fold gently with a spatula until every peanut is fully coated.

  3. Scoop & Portion

Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to drop bite-sized mounds of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the paper.

  4. Set & Serve

Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until the chocolate sets firm. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

Chef’s Tips

  • Add Flaky Salt: Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each cluster right after scooping for a sweet-and-savory bite.

  • Mix Your Chocolates: Combine equal parts milk chocolate and dark chocolate for a rich, balanced flavor profile.
