Nuts: 2 cups unsalted or lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts

Chocolate: 12 oz (340g) high-quality chocolate bars or chocolate chips (milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or almond bark)
Instructions

Melt the Chocolate
Place the chopped chocolate into a heat-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each round, until completely smooth and melted. Alternatively, melt over a double boiler.

Combine
Pour the roasted peanuts directly into the melted chocolate. Fold gently with a spatula until every peanut is fully coated.

Scoop & Portion
Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to drop bite-sized mounds of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the paper.
