⏰ When to Enjoy
You can enjoy this drink in the morning, between meals, or whenever you want a refreshing beverage. It doesn’t need to be consumed on an empty stomach—if lemon bothers your stomach, have it after food and dilute it with additional water.
💡 Helpful Tips
- Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavour.
- Don’t make the water extremely hot, especially if adding honey.
- If you have acid reflux or sensitive teeth, use less lemon and more water.
- After drinking acidic beverages, rinse your mouth with plain water to help protect tooth enamel.
- This drink doesn’t “detox” the body or specifically burn belly fat; your liver and kidneys naturally handle detoxification. Its main practical benefits are hydration and the nutrients/flavour provided by the ingredients.
