  • 4 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced (optional)

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
