Ingredients
- 12–15 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 450 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 450 g crab meat or shredded salmon
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the creamy garlic sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and add cream cheese, whisking until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Prepare the seafood filling: Chop most of the shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for the topping. Mix the chopped shrimp and crab meat or salmon with half of the creamy sauce.
- Assemble the lasagna: Spread a thin layer of sauce in the baking dish. Add a layer of lasagna noodles, seafood filling, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Finish the top: Place a final layer of noodles on top. Spread over the remaining creamy sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan, and arrange the reserved whole shrimp on top.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until golden, bubbly, and the shrimp are fully cooked.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Creamy, cheesy, garlicky, and packed with delicious seafood—perfect for a special dinner! 🦐✨
