Prep Time: 25 mins | Cook Time: 15–20 mins | Yields: 24–30 mini bites
Ingredients
Dough & Coating
-
1 tube (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade yeasted dough)
-
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
-
1/2 cup granulated sugar
-
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Cream Cheese Glaze
-
2 oz cream cheese, softened
-
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
-
3/4 cup powdered sugar
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-
1–2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
Instructions
-
Prep the Pan & Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a mini bundt/bundtlette pan with non-stick cooking spray or melted butter.
-
Form the Bites: Cut each biscuit into 3–4 smaller pieces and roll them into smooth, round balls.
-
Cinnamon Coating: In a small bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Dip each dough ball into the melted butter, roll thoroughly in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and place one ball into each mini bundt cavity.
-
Bake: Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let them rest in the pan for 5 minutes, then invert onto a wire cooling rack.
-
Make the Glaze: Beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Whisk in powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk (1 tablespoon at a time) until a thick, drizzlable consistency is reached.
-
Finish & Serve: Drizzle the warm mini bundts generously with the glaze before serving.
