Black Forest Cherry Oreo Parfait Cups

Ingredients

1 box (3 oz) Cherry Jell-O (plus water required per box directions)

1 can (21 oz) Cherry Pie Filling

1 standard package Oreo cookies (finely crushed)

1 can Whipped topping (such as Reddi-wip)

4 Whole cherries with stems (fresh or maraschino, for garnish)

1–2 tbsp Simple syrup, water, or corn syrup (for rimming the glasses)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Gelatin

Prepare the cherry Jell-O according to the package instructions (dissolve powder in boiling water, then stir in cold water).

Pour the liquid into a shallow square dish or pan and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until completely set and firm.

Once set, cut the gelatin into small bite-sized cubes.
2. Rim the Glasses

Place a generous layer of finely crushed Oreo crumbs onto a flat plate.

Dip the rim of each serving glass into a shallow saucer of water, simple syrup, or corn syrup to lightly moisten the edge.

Invert the glass and press the rim firmly into the crushed Oreos, twisting gently until fully coated.
3. Assemble the Parfaits

Gelatin Base: Add a generous layer of cubed cherry Jell-O into the bottom of each prepared glass.

Cookie Layer: Spoon a layer of crushed Oreo crumbs evenly over the gelatin cubes.

Fruit Layer: Spoon cherry pie filling generously over the crushed cookie layer.

Topping: Pipe a high, spiral swirl of whipped cream directly over the cherries.
4. Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle a pinch of reserved crushed Oreo crumbs over the whipped cream.

Place a single whole cherry with stem on top of each swirl.

Serve immediately, or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
